		<description>*ahem awkward cough* Paris is the City of Light [singular], so named because of it was one of the most famous centres of education. They also were one of the first cities to introduce street lights.

Maldon sea salt is significantly cheaper here in London. It's about 40% of the cost, and that's AFTER you convert from pounds. Ridiculous, eh?

Samphire  (sea asparagus) is served at our local Fish &#38; Chips place. Please keep in mind that London doesn't really do fish and chips anymore – dirty KFC knockoffs anyone? – so our F&#38;C shop is somewhat unusual, but still. It's great.

And Fendemans? Try the lemonade. Seriously awesome stuff. And still expensive, even here.</description>
